This page explains how membership cancellation requests are handled by Club Premium.

Cancellation of the Membership

Cancellation by the Customer

  • 1. Any request for cancellation shall be valid only if made by the Primary Applicant in writing via registered letter or registered email, and must be duly acknowledged by an authorized representative of the company.
  • 2. A 10-day rescission period starts from the date of DP realization.
  • a. If cancellation is requested within this 10-day period for personal reasons, the following terms will apply:
  • b. The company reserves the right to deduct 40% cancellation charges or non-refundable admission fees.
  • c. The remaining 60% of the total membership price (excluding interest and taxes) will be refunded within 60 - 90 working days from the date of submission of membership documents.
  • 3. No cancellations or refunds of membership fees will be allowed after the rescission period under any circumstances.
  • 4. Any cancellation, whether initiated by the customer or the company, will be processed and refunded within 60 - 90 working days from the date of membership document submission.
